Who We Are
A History of Support and Growth
In 1999, the foundation was registered as a Section 21 company, assuming the functions of CDT while continuing to focus on providing financial assistance to churches.
40+ Years of Helping Churches Thrive
For over four decades, CDTF has been dedicated to helping churches secure the financing they need to build, expand, and complete their places of worship. Through low-interest loans, we’ve empowered churches to fulfill their missions and serve their communities.

What We Do
Supporting Church Growth and Community Development
At CDTF, we partner with a wide range of foundations and church groups to drive positive change through funding and support for building projects. Our mission is to provide Christian communities with the resources they need to grow and thrive.
Addressing Rising Property and Building Costs
As property prices and construction costs continue to rise, we’ve adapted by exploring innovative solutions. One of our key initiatives is enabling churches to utilize their buildings for dual purposes, such as Early Childhood Development (ECD) centres. This approach not only helps churches meet the growing need for ECD services but also maximizes the use of church facilities for the community.
