Applications for ECD loans from CDTF

Initial Application

We would require the following information:

• A proposal letter together with consent from the member church, if necessary.
• The latest audited financials
• A budget for the relevant year
• Church constitution, if part of a member church

The initial application will be evaluated and further contact made.

Formal Application:

Registration and funding of ECD’s has moved to the Department of Social Development (DSD) to the Department of Basic Education (DBE) as from 1 April 2022.

Anyone providing ECD services for more than 6 children (aged 0 – 6) is required to register in terms of the Childrens Act 38 of 2005.
